Living and dining room

Bathroom on the ground floor (another one is under construction in the basement)

Walk-in shower with glass partition and rain shower, heating, mirror with cosmetic mirror and anti-fog function, hairdryer, towel rail, towels and toilet paper, WiFi.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sink, table with chairs, extensive range of dishes, cutlery and glasses, WiFi.

Winter garden

Equipped with rattan table and chairs. Blinds and curtains to protect against sunlight, WiFi, beautiful view.

terrace

Terrace in the green. Table, chairs, possibility to grill, 2 awnings. Smoking is permitted here after consultation with other tenants.

A washing machine is located in the basement in the "construction site area" where the bathroom for the basement is being built.

A clothes rack, ironing board and iron are also available.
