We would like to introduce you to this house. It was built in 1965. It was at the time when the current southern slope was being developed. In the past, all streets had their own name. This house had the number Finkenweg 10. Later, everything was renamed Südhang, which absolutely does justice to the slope. If you like sun and nature, this is the right place for you.
In 2023 we started to completely renovate the house and carried out thermal insulation measures. The attic was insulated, all windows were replaced and the front door was renewed. Inside, everything was re-wallpapered, new floors were laid, all rooms were modernized and, we hope, stylishly furnished. The whole thing took a year, and you as the guest will decide on the result.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Parking is available.
The surrounding area is characterized by forest and nature. Nevertheless, everything is easily accessible, such as the bus stop (200m), the train station in Overath (5 KM), Cologne/Bonn Airport (25 KM), the A4 junction to Cologne or Olpe (3 KM), various supermarkets, restaurants, golf course (max. 5 KM), the Mediterana in Bensberg (approx. 9 KM) and much more. The forests in the immediate vicinity are ideal for walks, especially in summer.
